Permanently housing the city’s 367 most vulnerable homeless people will require not only finding them shelter, but at least $7 million in annual funding for supports, according to a report released Friday. “This is what it’s going to cost if you want to address this issue realistically,” said Andrew Wynn-Williams, executive director of the Greater Victoria Coalition to End Homelessness.
