Comment from Richard LeBlanc at Woodwynn Farms about the state of homelessness.

Are Victorians simply tired of Band-Aid solutions to homelessness and with little or no help from other municipalities? Bravo to Victoria Mayor Lisa Helps for putting homelessness back on Victoria’s political agenda. It’s been a critical issue for years and council’s efforts to wrestle with difficult solutions are to be applauded.
