Thanks to a generous donation from the Victoria Foundation the Homelessness Prevention Fund will continue through 2016.

This has proven to be a very successful program so we’re really grateful for this grant to continue on,” said Andrew Wynn-Williams, executive director of the Greater Victoria Coalition to End Homelessness. The coalition administers the Homelessness Prevention Fund with help from local housing agencies. Someone in desperate need of funds to maintain their housing situation is eligible for a one-time grant of up to $500.
