There has been an increase in deaths of Victorians who experience homelessness in recent months. APTN’s coverage:

It appears the streets of Victoria, B. C. are a little meaner than its reputation. Last summer the capital city suffered a shocking cluster of deaths in the homeless community. Thirty people died in a four-month span. Now people are searching for answers and reaching out to the coroner for help.
