Homeless ‘poster boy’ Wade Churcott dies

Times Colonist reporter Jack Knox goes on morning rounds with Rev Al following the death of Wade Churcott. 

It was a bit of a shock to hear Wade Churcott had died. Just last October, the 39-year-old was the poster boy for the fight against homelessness, speaking at the official opening of the publicly funded Queens Manor housing project in a former Traveller’s Inn on Douglas.
