Mental-health, addiction services to expand in downtown Victoria
This is a great initiative that we hope will go a long way to help those experiencing homelessness in Victoria. Kudos to all the partners that collaborated to make this possible.
Health and harm-reduction services for those suffering from severe addictions and mental-health problems will be expanded and based out of two downtown Victoria hubs.
