The Rainbow Kitchen in Esquimalt serves up to 140 lunches each day

For those experiencing homelessness and extreme poverty, the Rainbow Kitchen provides support and community outside of the downtown core.

Since 2001 the Rainbow Kitchen has provided a nutritious, tasty hot lunch meal to approximately 125-140 people a day, 5 days a week, 52 weeks a year – over 36400 meals a year. Entirely run by volunteers, Rainbow Kitchen offers warm food served in a safe and supportive environment to the poor and marginalized in our community.
