A new report says Victoria’s housing affordability is the worst in Canada behind Vancouver.

Greater Victoria has the second least affordable housing market in Canada, according to an international study of urban housing markets. The capital region is behind Vancouver, which was named the second most unaffordable housing market in the world next to Hong Kong.
