Victoria writing group ‘empowers’ residents living with poverty

The Downtown Story Collective recently had an exhibition of their work.

Saturday marked the group’s first public exhibition. After nearly a year of writing and workshopping their stories, they shared them at the Dales Gallery in Victoria. The works ranged from poetry to short fiction and photography.
