Held annually on the winter solstice and the longest night of the year, National Homeless Persons’ Memorial Day is an opportunity to remember those we have lost too early due to the effects of homelessness. Councilor Krista Loughton will be in attendance to make the proclamation for Victoria, as Acting Mayor.
