The BC Federation of Labour recommends raising the minimum wage to $15 an hour.
According to the BCFED there are more than 120,000 people in BC earning the minimum wage. “At the current minimum wage, working full time is not enough to lift a worker out of poverty,” said Jim Sinclair, president of the BCFED.
