Micro village would attract more homeless

Paul Baldwin shares his thought on a micro-village for those experiencing homelessness.

Remember the film Field of Dreams — the unknown voice repeated: “Build it and they will come.” Without being too cynical, I would suggest that if this micro-housing village is built, it would only attract more homeless people from back east hoping to escape the colder winters.
