UN special rapporteur Miloon Kothari questions the little progress made towards ending homelessness since his 2007 visit to Canada.

Miloon Kothari is back in Vancouver this week with a simple question: “Why hasn’t there been more progress?” Kothari is an architect who spent eight years as the UN special rapporteur on adequate housing, and in 2007 he came to Canada as part of his fact-finding mission.
