Homelessness Prevention Program | We offer short-term rental subsidies and weekly staff check-ins to foster successful tenancies for youth ages 24 and younger and/or individuals recently released from incarceration. Our program aims to address the unique challenges faced by these individuals, and is designed to empower and guide participants toward sustainable housing solutions, contributing to their overall well-being. |

JETS (Jumpstart Employment, Training & Skills) | 7-week pre-employment program, participants are paid a living allowance based on minimum wage during the 7 week classroom component. helps individuals find employment or return to school. Our seven-week pre-employment program for youth ages 16–30 offers minimum wage compensation during the group training, which features interactive sessions in an open circle format. |

Outreach & Support Services | A Youth Support Worker provides individual or group support to facilitate awareness and life skill development for youth and their families, aiding in the youth’s successful transition to adulthood. Services include, but are not limited to, fostering positive relationships with the youth and their identified family, with the goal of raising awareness of life choices and encouraging personal growth and self-confidence, while preserving their connections to family and community. |
