Community Outreach Prevention & Education Program (COPE) | COPE is a voluntary prevention/early intervention program for youth (aged 5-18) & their families, dedicated to: short term one-one sessions with youth. Confidential and non-discriminatory support, guidance in connecting with community resources, flexibility to see youth in and out of the office, various groups, referrals to other programs at the pacific centre or external agencies as needed. |

Crime Reduction & Exploitation Diversion (CRED) | The counsellors at Pacific Centre Family Services are trained and keen to provide prevention services such as one-on-one counselling and life skills support, peer-to-peer interaction, family counselling, awareness building, and access to educational groups. CRED gives youth access to: One on one work with a program coordinator, participation with other youth in pro-social groups, support work with parent, suicide assessment, liasing with probation, MCFD and other external agencies, referrals and supporting youth to participate in other programs, such as detox etc, supporting youth by attending court |

Sexual Abuse Intervention Prevention (SAIP) | sexual abuse is suspected or children under 12 with sexually intrusive behaviors. We work with both children and their families to recover from the trauma of sexual abuse, to expand their ability to communicate verbally and non-verbally, and to realize their potential as valuable members of the community. |

Youthtalk Email Counselling | The Youthtalk program provides email counselling, information and referrals by professional counsellors, or face-to-face counselling sessions (where appropriate) in a secure and confidential format, for a variety of youth issues. A professional Youth and Family counsellor will respond to emails on a regular basis (they normally reply within 3-5 business days). The service is free and there’s no limit to the number of emails youth can send. |
