Mission Statement
Our vision is to improve and increase access to quality mental health counselling, wellness services, groups and wellness programs across BC at low cost and at no cost. We provide services to children, youth, individuals, couples, families, first responders and professionals. We are a holistic centre composed of counsellors, student counsellors, wellness practitioners such as registered massage therapists and registered acupuncturists.

| Counselling and Coaching | From coping strategies to complex trauma, we have created a team of counsellors and coaches with a variety of approaches to meet your personal needs. At our office locations in Sooke and Colwood, we are able to reach more people both in-person and online. Accessibility is important, so our experienced team offers weekend and evening appointment times. Our practicum program allows us to support counsellors in training and offer low rates to make sure everyone has an opportunity to work towards wellness. Sea to Tree Foundation offers $25 sessions or full sponsorship with our students. We are located in Sooke, Colwood and online or eco sessions. |
