Program Description
A Youth Support Worker provides individual or group support to facilitate awareness and life skill development for youth and their families, aiding in the youth’s successful transition to adulthood. Services include, but are not limited to, fostering positive relationships with the youth and their identified family, with the goal of raising awareness of life choices and encouraging personal growth and self-confidence, while preserving their connections to family and community.
