Organization: YMCA-YWCA of Vancouver Island
Program Description
Participants learn coping skills and connect with other youth in the community, and program includes mindfulness techniques, educational workshops about anxiety, and other mental health-related topics. Youth get a free YMCA gym membership for the duration of the program to encourage physical activity as a stress management tool.
