Program Description
We are currently assisting clients with the following: Birth Certificates for all Canadian provinces and territories, BC Services Card & BCID. Name and gender change applications, (temporarily unavailable), Secure Status Card (SCIS), Booking ICBC appointments, Mailing Address for applicants. Locations: Salvation Army (525 Johnson)- First Tuesday of the Month 11-1pm, Our Place (919 Pandora)- second Tuesday of the month 1-3pm, Saint Vincent De Paul (833 Yates)- Third Wednesday of the Month 1-3pm, Greater Victoria Public Library (735 Broughton)- Fourth Wednesday of the Month 11-1pm.
