Program Description
Youth will be given an opportunity to practice/develop cooking & baking skills through team-oriented challenges (think Iron Chef or Chopped). We will talk about safety, what healthy eating means/looks like across different cultures and communities, and how to incorporate foods we love into our lives in ways that support our wellbeing, mentally and physically.
