Semi-Independent Housing | Threshold Housing | Social/Subsidized Housing | 15-25 | Threshold House is both our flagship home and the heart of our wrap-around Foundations Program. Purpose built for semi-independent living, Threshold House offers youth their own studio suites – with a large bedroom, kitchenette, and full bathroom – connected to generous shared living room, kitchen and dining room. Many wrap-around support programs, for example bi-weekly cooking groups take place at Threshold House, while others ensure youth build strong connections in community. |
